Hello! Today I'll be talking about a sunscreen I received in my last asian beauty haul, the Missha All Around Safe Block Whitening Sun Mist SPF50+/PA+++, what a name!

Here's the product description:
"Lightweight facial sun mist to protect, hydrate, brighten, whiten, and repair wrinkles. Strong UV blocking function helps protect skin from harmful UV rays. It has a smooth and moist texture without the stickiness or creating a white cast on the skin. Can be used over makeup."

What attracted me the most about this sunscreen was that it can be applied over makeup, doesn't that sounds amazing? Perfect for reapplications. It also claimed to have skin benefits and lots of different extracts and that's what sealed the deal for me.

But let's start with the packaging. The bottle is medium sized (80 ml) and made of metal as you can appreciate below, very cute looking by the way.

Aquí está la descripción del producto:
"Mist solar ligero para proteger, hidratar, iluminar, blanquear y reparar arrugas. La función de bloqueo ayuda a proteger la piel de los dañinos rayos UV. Tiene una textura suave y húmeda, sin pegajosidad o apariencia blanca en la piel. Puede ser utilizado sobre el maquillaje."

Lo que más me llamó la atención sobre este bloqueador es que puede ser aplicado sobre el maquillaje, super cool, no? Perfecto para reaplicaciones. También afirma tener beneficios para la piel y muchos extractos y eso selló el trato para mí.

Pero vamos a empezar con el empaque. La botella es de tamaño mediano (80 ml) y hecha de metal como se puede apreciar abajo, muy linda por cierto.

As expected since it's a mist the bottle has a spray dispenser, pictured below. This is what I liked the least about this product, you have to press really hard for the sunscreen to come out and it makes self application really difficult, especially if you plan to use it for your face as I intended.

Como era de esperarse, ya que es un mist el dispensador es como de un spray. Esto es lo que menos me gustó acerca de este producto, ya que esta muy duro y ocupas presionar muy fuerte para que salgga el producto, lo que hace muy difícil la aplicación especialmente en el rostro.

The sunscreen itself has a scent and it's very soft and feminine, it does last a bit through the day but it's not overwhelming and doesn't bother me.

The finish is very dewy so I wouldn't recommend it if you want something matte to wear over or under your makeup. In summer it end ups being a bit too dewy and can make me look a bit oily if I'm not careful. I didn't got any white cast even when I have medium skin.

El protector en sí tiene aroma pero es muy femenino, dura a lo largo el día pero no es abrumadora y no me molesta. 

El acabado es muy dewy así que no lo recomendaría si quieres algo mate para llevar encima o por debajo del maquillaje. En verano termina viendose un poquito muy brilloso y puede parecer un poco grasoso si no tengo cuidado. No me dejo una apariencia blancoza en la piel a pesar de ser morena. 

I prefer to wear this when I'm not going to wear any base makeup (foundation, BB cream) because it's very moisturizing and give my bare skin a nice glow. When I mist it over I feel that the particles doesn't cover the entire surface of the skin so I like to blend them with my hands. Ironically, it ended up fulfilling the opposite purpose of what I intended it for, wearing it over makeup. 

I haven't seen any whitening/brightening yet so I can't avail the skin benefits asides the hydrating part, which is true in my opinion.

Prefiero usar este protector cuando no usaré alguna base de maquillaje porque es muy hidratante y le da a mi piel un bonito brillo. Ya que es spray a veces siento que las partículas no cubren completamente mi piel y me gusta distribuirlo con mis manos. Irónicamente terminó cumpliendo el propósito contrario de lo que inicialmente pretendía, usarlo sobre el maquillaje.

Aú no he visto ningún efecto blanqueador entonces no puedo hablar sobre los beneficios a la piel aparte de lo hidratante, que puedo confirmar.  

In conclusion, I'd recommend this if you are looking for a strong SPF with a dewy finish, want hydration and are comfortable with the spray format. I have normal skin and during summer this was a bit too dewy for me, but drier skin or winter sufferers might love this. Other great aspects of this sunscreen is that it's very light and won't leave a white cast. Personally I won't repurchase this because I want to try other products and I'm awkward applying with sprays.

En conclusión, recomendaría este producto si buscas un SPF fuerte con un acabado dewy (brillosito), quieres hidratación y te sientes cómoda con el formato en aerosol. Tengo piel normal y durante el verano es demasiado humectante para mí, pero creo que a las pieles secas. Otros buenos aspectos de este protector es que es ligero y no deja una apariencia blancuza. Personalmente no lo volveré a comprar porque quiero probar otros productos y no soy muy buena aplicando con los aerosoles.
